Summer greetings dear HSPs,
Much is happening around the world which can be distressing and overwhelming even for the most resilient, hardy population, much less we highly sensitive people.  What is helped me the most this summer, as always, is my time spent in nature.  When we are in nature it feels as though our senses are soothed, our hearts are comforted, and there is a clear, direct line to some type of wisdom that always helps me clarify troubling situations or  “what wants my heart’s attention.”  A recent “HSP Quote Worth Remembering”  that I love is:

“Extreme self-care helps me thrive.

Thanks to Meet Up ( there are now multitude of ways to find like minded people to connect with, hike with, learn from, and help “ban isolation” which can be a challenge for some HSPs.
